The sharing of teaching experience is aimed at disseminating effective educational practices, enhancing teachers' professional competence, ensuring continuity and quality of teaching, and fulfilling certification requirements through demonstrating the results of research, methodological, and practical activities.

All teachers in Section 1 undergoing certification for assignment/confirmation of the "teacher-researcher" category have certificates/minutes from the city/regional Expert Council and have prepared presentations for the shared materials.

The research teachers' coverage area includes three districts of Almaty:

-Bostandyk (Almaty College "Prestige"),

-Medeu (Almaty College of Railway Transport, Educational Institution "Central Asian Technical and Economic College"), --and Almalinsky (KGKP "College of Print Media Technologies").

According to 4.2 of Appendix 13 to the Rules and Conditions for Conducting Certification of Teachers, approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 27, 2016 No. 83, a republican/international level (deputy head of the 1st category) is required in the 2nd section, where the broadcast was conducted by deputy directors - M.S. Koyshina (Kostanay College of the Service Sector) and M.N. Sagandykova (KGKP "College of Printmedia Technologies" of the Educational Institution of the city of Almaty)
