On May 6, 2025, the large-scale citywide Career Time Labor and Career Guidance Festival took place at the Baluan Sholak Sports Palace. The event brought together representatives of more than 20 universities, educational centers, and vocational colleges from Almaty, as well as over 40 employers.

The festival served as a unified communication platform for prospective students, graduates, educational institutions, and employers, helping to expand opportunities in education and future employment for young people. Participants were able to receive detailed information about admissions, academic programs, take quick career aptitude tests, attend master classes, and communicate directly with representatives of leading companies in Kazakhstan. Career Time aims to strengthen the connection between the education system and the labor market, promote conscious career choice, and support talented youth in building a successful career.
