Professional Skills Competition among College Students of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Creating Art Content for Books and Magazines"

 

✨The competition is a platform for interaction between students and the business environment in the media industry.

 

On March 6, 2025, as part of the "Year of Working Professions", a grand opening ceremony of the professional skills competition on the theme "Creating Art Content for Books and Magazines" was held among college students of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organized by the Educational and Methodological Association of the College of Print Media Technologies and in accordance with the media plan of the Almaty City Education Department.

 

📌During the event, a memorandum was signed aimed at strengthening partnership and cooperation with the Aktobe Automobile and Road College, Zhambyl Higher Polytechnic College, Karaganda Vocational and Technical College and Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College.

March 26-27, 2025 – The Educational and Methodological Association at the State Public Enterprise “College of Print Media Technologies” with the support of the Public Radio “Sector X”, the Public Organization “Community Media Hub”, the front office of “Almaty – Adaldyk Alany” of the Auezov district together with the Public Foundation “Parasatty Urpak Ushin” organizes the Republican Competition of Professional Skills among college students, dedicated to the Year of Working Professions in Kazakhstan.
The main goal of the event is to increase the prestige of publishing professions: graphic designers, copywriters and prepress operators. As part of the competition, participants will demonstrate creativity, originality of the idea, compositional and color solutions, technical execution and artistic expressiveness. Heads of state colleges of the cities of Almaty, Aktobe, Karaganda, Kostanay, Taldykorgan, Zhambyl, as well as directors of publishing houses, representatives of the Association of Publishers, Printers and Book Distributors of Kazakhstan, public organizations working in the print media industry are invited to participate in the event.

 

2nd day of the Competition of professional skills among college students of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic: "Creating art content for books and magazines".

On March 27, 2025, the Competition of professional skills among college students of the Republic of Kazakhstan: "Creating art content for books and magazines" ended in Almaty.
