A meeting with Denis Kotov, the founder of the “Bukvoed” bookstore chain, a member of the Board of the Russian Book Union, and the President of the “Lighthouses of Books of Russia” festival movement, was held at the College of Print Media Technologies.

The event was organized within the framework of implementing the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev, on developing reading culture and forming a nation of readers, with the participation of Gulhan Alimkhanovna Zhumagulova, a representative of the State Municipal Enterprise “Scientific and Methodological Center for New Technologies in Urban Education” under the Almaty City Department of Education.

During the meeting, students were introduced to the projects “Book Train”, “Book Beach”, and “Read and Act”, and discussed issues related to the development of reading culture and increasing the intellectual potential of young people.
