1. General rules
1.1. These internal rules of procedure have been developed on the basis of subparagraph 1) of paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" and in accordance with the Model Rules of Internal Procedure of Educational Organizations of Almaty, approved by Resolution No. 1/51 of the Almaty City Akimat dated January 30, 2015.
1.2. The work and study discipline in the college is based on strict adherence to the rules of internal discipline. This rule is one of the main regulatory documents that determine the norms of behavior and actions of students and college employees.
1.3. In accordance with paragraph 14 of Article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", college students are obliged to comply with these internal rules.
1.4. Based on paragraph 18 of Article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", disciplinary measures may be applied to college students for violation of their duties, as provided for by these internal rules.
2. Working hours and organization of training sessions
2.1. The College has a 5-day work week. The working day for College employees is 7 hours from Monday to Friday and 5 hours on Saturday, based on a 40-hour week.
2.2. The following work schedule is established for college employees:
- working hours start at 9.00;
- end of working hours 18.00,
- lunch break – from 13.00 to 14.00,
2.3. Students are admitted to the educational building only with student ID cards and to the dormitory only with a pass.
2.4. The academic year begins on September 1.
2.5. Classes are held in 1 shift. Classes start at 8.00;
2.6. A bell will ring before the start of class.
2.7. Teachers sign the group's study log according to the lesson schedule before the start of the lesson and return it to the study department after the lesson is over.
2.8. The duration of one lesson is 45 minutes in accordance with the standards and learning technologies approved by educational authorities and organizations used in educational organizations. The following order of the school day is established for engineering and pedagogical staff and students:
- teachers will open their offices from 08:00 to 08:15 to prepare for classes and clear the air;

2.10. The teacher on duty and the administrative employee on duty will greet students entering the college territory.
2.12. The duration of the study day in the group is usually set at 6 academic hours (three pairs) per day, it is allowed to plan 4 pairs. In this case, the duration of the study week should not exceed 36 hours, excluding optional classes.
The duration of vacation during the full academic year should be 11 weeks, including at least 2 weeks during the winter period.
2.13. Academic classes at the college are held according to the schedule compiled by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs for half of the academic year and approved by the College Director.
2.14. Teachers conduct additional classes for 2 hours per week according to the schedule during the first half of the academic year. College meetings are held according to the schedule compiled by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs for the first half of the academic year and approved by the College Director.
2.15. A journal of study sessions of the established form is filled out for each study group. The journal is kept in the study department under the supervision of the deputy director for academic affairs and the secretary of the study department and is given to the teacher only before the lesson.
2.16. Hot meals are provided in two shifts: the first shift is from 10:55-11:15, the second shift is from 12:00-12:20.
2.17. Unauthorized persons are not allowed to attend classes without the permission of the principal or the deputy principal for academic affairs.
2.18. The following dress code is established for students during theoretical or laboratory-practical classes (unless special clothing is required): for girls - a white shirt (classic style), a black skirt or trousers (classic style), for teenagers - a black suit, a white shirt, a tie. Wearing a hat (unless special clothing is required) is not allowed in the building.
2.19. Organization of the work of the class teacher on duty and the production training master:
a) ensuring organized meals for students in the cafeteria: monitoring entry into the cafeteria without outerwear and maintaining order;
- the class teacher on duty and the production training master, together with the administrative employee on duty, monitor the attendance of college students by making timely entries in the journal;
b) The acceptance and assignment of duty between shifts is carried out by the duty curators and the production training master after the end of classes, making the necessary entries in the duty journal (facts of violation of the discipline of students, facts of violation of the labor discipline of teachers, damage to property, etc.).
2.20. A thorough cleaning of classrooms and designated areas will be carried out on the last Saturday of each month. The responsibility for this will be assigned to the building commandant and class teacher.
2.21. The teacher who taught the last lesson supervises the cleaning of the classroom. He/she closes the classroom and hands over the key to the guard.
2.22. Control over the implementation of the college's internal rules of conduct is entrusted to the members of the administration on duty.
2.23. Each teacher's work begins 15 minutes before the first lesson. The teacher attends the morning meeting with the group that will conduct the first lesson.
2.24. Every day after class, the production training master writes down the students who are absent from the college and transfers the information to the academic department. It is strictly forbidden to send students from class to various activities (trainings, competitions) without the permission of the college administration.
2.25. Changes and additions to theoretical training journals, in particular: admission and dismissal of students, are made only by the class teacher on the instructions of the deputy director for academic affairs.
2.26. Correction of grades in the theoretical training journal is not allowed. In case of violation of this order, the teacher will write a comment and issue a warning. In case of repeated violation - a reprimand. Filling out and maintaining theoretical training journals is carried out in accordance with the requirements approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2.27. Every eighth week of the academic year, an intermediate certification is held in subjects, after classes, a grade is assigned to the column according to the schedule of the certification week, with a grade of "A".
2.28. It is strictly forbidden to change classes by agreement between teachers without the permission of the college administration.
2.29. All extracurricular activities are held according to the plan approved by the director. During general college activities, the class teacher is on duty. The duty of other employees is according to an individual schedule.
2.30. Only after the director's order and after instruction on safety and traffic rules, students are allowed to go on excursions, hikes, go to the cinema, theater, exhibitions, etc.
2.31. During events in the College, as well as outside it, the teacher, educator or any other employee of the College appointed by order of the educational department or by order of the director shall be responsible for the life and health of children.
2.32. Students are not allowed to come to class in their outerwear.
2.33. The use of mobile phones is not allowed in class.
2.34. It is strictly forbidden to release students from the college before the end of classes. Ill students are released with a doctor's certificate and written permission from the administration on duty or the head of the department.
2.35. Students are prohibited from leaving the college premises during the educational process, including during breaks.
2.36. During the vacation, the college director will involve teachers who are not on vacation in methodological work, planning the educational process, and other work related to the education and upbringing of students, preparation for the new academic year or semester.
2.37. The working hours of the teacher, excluding the time required to prepare for classes and check students' written work, are determined by the schedule of classes, as well as the educational and methodological work plan of the educational institution.
2.38. In case of illness or other reasons, teachers are obliged to inform the methodologist or the deputy director for academic affairs before the lesson. The methodologist, deputy director for academic affairs or the head of the department are obliged to take all measures to replace the teacher and inform the students about this.
2.39. Smoking is strictly prohibited for teachers and students within 150 m of the college premises and adjacent to the college. Violators will be reprimanded. In case of repeated violations, they will be expelled from the college.
2.40. Transfer of students from other educational institutions is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the transfer and readmission of students according to the standards of educational organizations.
2.41. When a student is admitted to the College, the student and (or) his/her parents (legal representatives) have the right to familiarize themselves with the College Charter, the license for the right to conduct educational activities, and the rules of internal discipline.
2.42. The order of granting annual leave is established by the administration in agreement with the trade union committee. The leave schedule is drawn up by June 1 of the current academic year and announced to all college employees.
3. Procedure for hiring and firing employees
3.1. During recruitment, the applicant for administrative training must:
- ID card or passport;
- residence permit or stateless person certificate (for persons coming from abroad)
- a document on the availability of education, qualifications, special education or professional training by stateless persons and foreigners permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan when concluding an employment contract for work requiring appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities;
- a document confirming employment (for people with work experience);
- military registration document (for persons subject to military service and conscription);
- document on passing a preliminary medical examination;
- has the right to request copies of certificates of issuance of the taxpayer's registration number and social security number.
3.2. All employees shall conclude an employment contract for the period established by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.3. During recruitment, the administration:
3.3.1. Establish a probationary period of at least 3 months for an employee by checking their professional suitability in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 36 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3.4. The employment contract shall be concluded in writing in at least two copies and shall be signed by the parties. One copy of the employment contract shall be kept by the employee and the employer. The receipt of one copy of the employment contract by the employee shall be confirmed in writing.
3.5. Employment is formalized by an order of the director, issued on the basis of a concluded employment contract, and announced to the employee with his signature.
3.6. During recruitment, the administration:
3.6.1. - familiarizes him with the College Charter and the College's internal regulations;
3.6.2 - provides instructions on safety, industrial sanitation, fire safety and other labor protection rules.
3.7. Work books are opened in accordance with the procedure established by current legislation for all persons who have arrived at work for the first time and have worked for more than 5 days. For those working on an hourly basis, a work book is opened if this work is the main one.
3.8. When making changes and additions to the employment contract, as well as when transferring to another job, the parties shall agree in writing in accordance with the procedure provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 33 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.9. Termination of an employment contract may only occur on the grounds specified in the contract or in cases provided for by law;
3.10. Termination of the employment contract is formalized by order of the college director. On the day of dismissal (the day of dismissal is considered the last working day), he is given his work book with a note on dismissal and a final settlement is made with him. The entry about the reasons for dismissal in the work book must strictly comply with the concepts of the current legislation with a reference to the article of the law.
4. Procedure for admission and dismissal of students
4.1. The right to enter college is enjoyed by citizens who have graduated from incomplete secondary, secondary, vocational and technical schools and specialized secondary educational institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.2. To enroll in studies, citizens must submit to the college's admissions committee:
4.2.1. identity card (passport);
4.2.2. education document (original);
4.2.3. Medical certificate form No. 086-U;
4.2.4. 6 copies of 3x4 photographs;
4.2.5. registration certificate;
4.2.6. certificate of residence (from the address bureau);
4.2.7. orphans (provide supporting documents).
4.3. Citizens who are enrolled in the qualification of a middle-level specialist and who have passed the entrance exam in the form of a test in language and mathematics on the basis of basic secondary education and have scored a threshold score are admitted to the 1st year of the economic accounting department. Then, after the order of the director is issued at the college, an agreement on payment for education is concluded, and they are admitted to the 1st and 2nd years of the full-time department. Persons who have diplomas of higher, technical and vocational education on the basis of general secondary education, who have passed the entrance exam in the form of a test in language, mathematics and the history of Kazakhstan and have scored a threshold score are admitted to the correspondence department - as students.
4.4. Admission to the college is formalized by the college director upon submission of a student ID card and a test booklet of the prescribed form.
4.5. A student may be expelled from college on the following grounds:
4.5.1. for missing classes without a valid reason;
4.5.2. academic failure;
4.5.3. for failure to pay tuition fees on time;
4.5.4. for repeated gross violations of internal regulations;
4.5.5. based on a medical certificate regarding health status;
4.5.6. voluntarily;
4.5.7. Conducted in case of recorded cases of extortion, offenses, and fights in the academic building and dormitory.
5. Procedure for placing and removing college students from dormitories
5.1 • on the recommendation of the deputy director for educational affairs;
• payment of accommodation fees for the hostel;
• upon presentation of an identity document (passport).
5.2. A college student may be expelled from the dormitory on the following grounds:
5.2.1. for failure to pay accommodation fees on time;
5.2.2. for repeated gross violations of internal regulations;
5.2.3. based on a medical certificate of health;
5.2.4. voluntarily;
5.2.5. for allowing unauthorized persons into the dormitory without a valid reason;
5.2.6. for failure to maintain cleanliness in the dormitory and on the premises;
5.2.7. for bringing cutting, piercing, explosive materials, gas cylinders, gas and firearms into the dormitory area;
5.2.8. for failure to comply with fire safety regulations.
5.2.9. For negligent and careless handling of hostel property (cabinets, visual aids, books, furniture, etc.).
6. Rights and obligations of the college administration
6.1. College administration:
6.1.1. Determination of the main directions of development of the educational institution, its structure, approval of the staffing table, distribution of job responsibilities.
6.1.2. Set long-term and current work goals for the team and monitor results.
6.1.3. Protect the interests of the college before the governing bodies of higher educational institutions, and represent it in various government bodies.
6.1.4. Develop and submit for approval the college charter in accordance with the established procedure.
6.1.5. Development and approval of uniform requirements for employees and students.
6.1.6. Require all employees to strictly and accurately fulfill their duties, orders and instructions.
6.1.7. Submit materials to higher authorities for awarding employees with honorary titles, government awards and certificates of honor from the Ministry. Has the right to encourage employees and bring them to disciplinary responsibility.
6.2. College administration:
6.2.1. To organize the work of teachers and employees in accordance with job descriptions and these Regulations.
6.2.2. Provide material and technical supplies and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements;
6.2.3. Ensure safe working and learning conditions, proper condition of building premises, heating, lighting, ventilation, machines, equipment, and the availability of materials, tools, and devices necessary for the educational process;
6.2.4. Ensure the implementation of the student admission plan;
6.2.5. Ensuring the improvement of the qualifications of teachers and industrial training masters. Creating conditions for improving learning and professional skills;
6.2.6. Create the necessary conditions for cultural and educational, physical education and health-improving activities. Develop and implement measures to prevent crime, drug addiction, AIDS, alcoholism and smoking. Take possible measures to identify and eliminate the causes and conditions that cause drug addiction, intoxication and alcoholism;
6.2.7. To monitor the implementation of curricula, compliance with the schedule of classes, exams, tests, and consultations;
6.2.8. It is obligatory to constantly monitor the knowledge and compliance of workers and students with instructions and rules on safety, industrial sanitation and personal hygiene, as well as fire safety and labor protection requirements.
7. Rights and obligations of college employees and teachers
7.1. College teaching staff:
7.1.1. To provide conditions for professional activity;
7.1.2. To freely choose methods and forms of organizing pedagogical activity, provided that the state generally binding standard is observed;
7.1.3. To freely choose the topic of scientific and practical research and the forms of applying their results in pedagogical practice;
7.1.4. Participate in the work of the college's governing bodies;
7.1.5. To improve their qualifications once every five years, with or without interruption from work;
7.1.6. To be certified ahead of schedule for the purpose of increasing the category or career advancement;
7.1.7. The duration of paid leave for teaching staff and production training masters in accordance with the employee's employment contract is 56 calendar days;
7.1.8. Private teaching activities;
7.1.9. To protect one's professional honor and dignity;
7.1.10. To protect on an equal basis with other types of intellectual property in the form of tangible assets (scientific, methodological works, patents, software, educational and information technologies, etc.) that are the source of the educational and economic activities of the College and its employees;
7.1.11. To receive moral encouragement, awards with orders and medals, honorary titles, signs and diplomas for achievements in pedagogical activity;
7.1.12. With the written permission of the college director, an employee has the right to work overtime with a teaching load of at least 0.75.
7.2. Teaching staff:
7.2.1. To ensure that students and pupils obtain knowledge, skills and abilities not lower than the level provided for in the State Compulsory Education Standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7.2.2. To develop and identify the personal and creative abilities of students;
7.2.3. Improve their skills, as well as engage in independent learning;
7.2.4. To observe the norms of pedagogical ethics;
7.2.5. Respect the dignity of students;
Respect the honor and business reputation of the college and refrain from disseminating information that could damage its image;
7.2.6. To promote a healthy lifestyle and promote it among students;
7.2.7. To organize and implement methodological management of students' scientific and technical creativity;
7.2.8. Conduct career guidance work;
7.2.9. To study the best practices of teachers of their own college, as well as teachers of other educational institutions of the region and the republic;
7.2.10. Actively participate in college, district, city and republican events;
7.2.11. Identifying the reasons for students' failure to progress, assisting them in eliminating gaps in their knowledge and adapting to the educational institution;
7.2.12. To maintain close contact with students' parents;
7.2.13. To carry out constant work on maintaining the student contingent;
7.2.14. Obliged to monitor the employment and professional growth of graduates.
8. Rights and responsibilities of students
8.1. College students:
8.1.1. To receive education in accordance with state compulsory education standards;
8.1.2. To receive additional educational services and education in accordance with their aptitudes and needs in accordance with the curriculum;
8.1.3. Participate in the management of the college;
8.1.4. To provide textbooks, free use of information resources of the library and Internet classroom in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
8.1.5. To freely express one's opinions and beliefs, to have one's human dignity respected;
8.1.6. To provide encouragement and rewards for achievements in academic, scientific and creative activities;
8.1.7. To postpone conscription for military service in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
8.1.8. Students admitted to study from Almaty region or other regions, as well as from abroad, will be provided with places in the college dormitory, taking into account the availability of places;
8.1.9. To receive free and paid education, to use the audit fund, equipment, tools, instruments and other means for this purpose;
8.1.10. To require the administration to create appropriate conditions for learning, to fully implement curricula and plans, and to require teachers to conduct classes competently;
8.1.11. Engage in technical creativity, reveal one's talents in the field of art, independently organize leisure and physical development, use the services of a canteen and gym;
8.1.12. Certain categories of students have the right to receive other benefits in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8.2. College students:
8.2.1. Attend classes, acquire knowledge, skills and practical skills within the scope of state general educational standards of education, and comply with the rules of internal discipline;
8.2.2. Take care of your health, strive for spiritual and physical self-improvement;
8.2.3. Arrive at the college 15 minutes before the start of classes;
8.2.4. In case of absence from classes, submit documents justifying the reasons for absence to the teacher or curator within 3 calendar days;
8.2.5. When conducting laboratory and practical work, strictly observe safety regulations, industrial sanitation, fire safety, and be careful about the environment;
8.2.6. To maintain public order;
8.2.7. Strict adherence to academic discipline: do not get up during class, go to the classroom, or leave the classroom without the teacher's permission;
8.2.8. To comply with the norms and rules of living in the dormitory;
8.2.9. Must adhere to the dress code established at the college.
8.3. College students:
8.3.1. Smoking is prohibited within a radius of 150 m on college grounds and in buildings;
8.3.2. Use of inappropriate vocabulary and loud speech in the corridors of the building and on the college premises during classes;
8.3.3. Bringing toxic substances, narcotics, water pipes, hookahs, gas cylinders, weapons of any kind, special and homemade pyrotechnic devices to the college;
8.3.4. Drinking alcohol, energy drinks, using drugs, or being intoxicated by drugs or alcohol at college;
8.3.5. Use force against other students and staff;
8.3.6. Insulting the honor and dignity of other people;
8.3.7. Taking personal belongings or money from other students;
8.3.8. Participate in gambling;
8.3.9. To make false calls to special services;
8.3.10. Bringing outsiders who are not involved in the educational process to the college;
8.3.11. Physically or psychologically influence any participant in the educational process and other college employees;
8.3.12. Destruction of college property, littering on college grounds and in college rooms is strictly prohibited.
9. Rights and responsibilities of parents or legal representatives of students
9.1. Rights of parents (legal representatives):
9.1.1. Choice of forms of study and educational institutions. To do this, you must submit a written application to the college director during the vacation period;
9.1.2. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the child;
9.1.3. Parents have the right to submit a request for disagreement with the grade assigned to the student no later than three days after the grade is assigned.
In the event of a conflict between parents and teachers regarding the objectivity of the assigned grade, an independent commission of subject specialists is created by order of the director (with the involvement of a methodologist), which will check the student's knowledge and assign an appropriate grade;
9.1.4. Participate in pedagogical meetings and discussions when issues related to the child's progress and behavior are discussed;
9.1.5. Participation in the management of the college, i.e. election and election to the general college parent committee, the board of trustees. Participation in general college and parent meetings of groups and expressing one's opinion;
9.1.6. Familiarization with the course and content of the educational process, as well as student progress assessments:
9.1.7. Participation in the classes of teachers in the group where the teenager studies, with the consent of the college director or the director of academic affairs and the teacher conducting the classes;
9.1.8. Get acquainted with the student's progress grades;
9.1.9. Introduction of voluntary donations and targeted contributions for the development of the college.
10. Parents (legal representatives) of students:
10.1. To educate their children and provide them with technical and vocational education;
10.2. "Liquidation of the student's academic debt within the period established by the decision of the Pedagogical Council, in case of his transfer to the next course";
10.3. Compliance with the College Charter and the College's internal regulations;
10.4. Participation in parent meetings held by the college;
10.5. The student must be responsible for the careful handling of state property.
11. Encouraging and punishing students
11.1. For excellence, good performance and active participation in college life, working students may be encouraged by: a statement of appreciation, a diploma, a certificate of commendation or a certificate of honor, and a letter of appreciation to parents.
11.2. For violation of labor and academic discipline, these Regulations, the following disciplinary sanctions may be imposed on students: warning, reprimand, expulsion from the college.
11.3. In case of lateness to class, the student must be admitted to class, but must obtain permission from the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs to attend the next class in this subject.
11.4. Preliminary interviews, punishments, and even reprimands of violators of labor discipline are carried out by the master's council. Serious violations are considered by the college council on the prevention of violations and legal education.
11.5. A student will be expelled from the institution for submitting false documents to the college.
11.6. In case of intentional material damage to the college, the student is obliged to: restore the amount of damage caused and may be expelled from the college.
11.7. A college student who has inadvertently caused material damage to the college is obliged to restore the amount of damage caused and will be subject to internal college accounting by order of the director.
12. Punishment
12.1. For violation of labor discipline, internal regulations and the terms of the employment contract, an employee may be subject to one of the following disciplinary sanctions:
12.1.1. warning;
12.1.2. reprimand;
12.1.3. severe reprimand;
12.1.4. Termination of the employment contract at the initiative of the director in the cases established by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
12.2. For violation of the rules of study and internal discipline, students may be subject to one of the following disciplinary sanctions:
12.2.1. warning;
12.2.2. reprimand;
12.2.3. severe reprimand;
12.2.4. expulsion from the educational institution.
12.3. Before applying a penalty, a written explanation must be required from the employee or student. The employee's or student's refusal to provide a written explanation cannot be an obstacle to applying a disciplinary penalty. Disciplinary penalties are imposed immediately after the administrative offense is detected, but no later than one month from the date of detection, excluding the employee's or student's illness or vacation. Disciplinary penalties cannot be applied later than 6 months from the date of the offense. For each violation, as a rule, one disciplinary penalty is applied, unless material damage is caused to the college. In this case, the severity of the offense, the circumstances in which it was committed, and previous work (education and behavior of the employee, student) are taken into account.
12.4. The college director shall notify the student or employee of the imposition of disciplinary action within 3 days, with a signed notice.
12.5. If within one year from the date of application of a disciplinary sanction, an employee or student is not subjected to a new disciplinary sanction, then he or she is considered not to have been subjected to a disciplinary sanction. In the event of good and honest work (study) by the employee or student, the administration may remove the imposed sanction ahead of time.
13. Maintaining order in college buildings and dormitories
13.1. The administration and commandant ensure the security of the residential premises of the college and dormitories, the safety of equipment, furnishings and other property, as well as the maintenance of the necessary order in classrooms and living quarters. Responsibility for the security of the building, property and their fire and sanitary condition is assigned to certain members of the administrative and housekeeping staff by order of the director.
13.2. The commandant and office managers are responsible for maintaining order and improvement work in educational facilities and living quarters (availability of suitable furniture, educational equipment, maintaining normal temperature and lighting, etc.).
13.3. The heads of the laboratories and classrooms are responsible for the proper maintenance of educational and scientific equipment and the preparation of teaching aids for classes.
13.4. It is prohibited in colleges and dormitories:
13.4.1. wearing a headdress;
13.4.2. Talking loudly, making noise, or walking through the corridor during class;
13.4.3. smoking, drinking alcohol and using drugs;
13.4.4. Walking through the halls and corridors during the evening nap and preparing for class on their own;
13.4.5. Watching TV in the lounge after 10:00 PM;
13.4.6. Bringing strangers into the dormitory.
13.5. The keys to the residential premises of the educational building, as well as to the classrooms, laboratories, offices and rooms, are issued according to the list established by the Deputy Director for Administrative and Economic Department and the dormitory commandant.
13.6. Proper cleanliness and order in all educational, educational-industrial residential premises and dormitory halls of the college are ensured by the technical staff of the college and dormitory, and in the classrooms and rooms - by students.
13.7. For violation of the above paragraphs, each violator shall be personally liable in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and shall also be subject to a fine for violation of individual paragraphs of these Rules. All employees and students who are obliged to observe the order established by the Rules in their daily work and study should familiarize themselves with the Rules of Internal Discipline.
13.8. Payment procedure for students of contractual groups
13.9. Payment is made by transfer to the college account. A receipt for payment is submitted to the accounting department or the educational department of the College.
13.10. The student is obliged to sign an agreement on reimbursement of expenses by September 1.
13.11. Transfer funds to the College within the period specified in the Agreement.
13.12. The cost of training a specialist does not include the items "scholarship", "accommodation", "organization of industrial practice".
13.13. Ensuring the organization of industrial practice in the specialty.
13.14. All types of re-study, including during academic leave, are paid again.
13.15. In case of arrears or non-payment within the established period, the College may unilaterally terminate the contract.
13.16. The use of computing equipment at times not provided for in the class schedule is carried out by additional agreement.
13.17. In the event that a student is expelled from the College, regardless of the reasons for expulsion, the funds transferred by the customer will not be returned.
13.18. Allow a student to retake exams and tests, coursework and reports (in case of unsatisfactory grades or unexcused absences) for an additional fee;
13.19. Students who have not paid their tuition fees in full or on time and have academic debts should not be allowed to take classes, midterm and final examinations;
13.20. For missing a lesson without a valid reason, the student will pay a fine in accordance with the tariff and make up for the missed lessons;
13.21. Certificates, diplomas, and other documents shall not be issued to the student until all financial and other obligations have been fully paid. Documents shall be issued upon presentation of a signed release form.
14. Maintain the material base and satisfactory sanitary conditions of the college
14.1. In each classroom, students are assigned a permanent workplace in order to be financially responsible for the safety of the furniture.
14.2. All teachers shall ensure the acceptance and handover of the study room between classes throughout the academic year. The teacher working in this building shall be fully responsible (including material) for the safety of the study room and its property.
14.3. For damage to furniture, visual aids, educational equipment, machines, college, stands, the student (or his legal representative) is obliged to fulfill one of three conditions:
- restoration of damaged property;
- purchase of new property with their own funds.
14.4. In case of damage or loss of books, textbooks and equipment from the college library, the student is obliged to fulfill one of two conditions:
- purchase a new book of equal value to replace the lost one;
- payment of the cost of a lost textbook, book or allowance.
15. Violation
15.1. Each case of a violation of the law is considered by the Educational Work Council with the participation of the Deputy Director for Educational Work. The basis is the statement of the curator, teacher on duty, teacher, victim, student or his parents, court, internal affairs department, etc. documents.
15.2. A student caught for extortion will be expelled from the college.
15.3. The following penalties are applied for consuming alcoholic beverages, being intoxicated within the college, or receiving documents from the Department of Internal Affairs confirming that you were caught intoxicated:
- reprimand;
- expulsion from the ranks of students without readmission.
15.4. The Council for Legal Education and Crime Prevention shall impose a penalty for participation in a fight:
- reprimand;
- expulsion from college.
15.5. If there are facts and evidence that discriminate against a student in the possession or trafficking of drugs, he or she will be expelled from the college.
15.6. A student who commits theft for stealing college property, faculty, staff, or students will be expelled from the college without the right to readmission.
15.7. If a student fails to attend a meeting of the Council for Legal Education and Crime Prevention without a valid reason, he or she may be expelled from the college by order of the director.
15.8. Orders to expel students for misconduct are posted for public information.
15.9. The curator is obliged to notify the parents of the punishment imposed on the student within three days.
