As part of the Year of Skilled Professions and the "Immersion in the Profession" project, the College of Print Media Technologies, in collaboration with the Almaty City Department of Education, held an Open Day on September 26, 2025.
The main goal of the event was to introduce students in grades 9–11 to the college's educational programs, modern learning environment, and career opportunities in printing and media technology.
The program for schoolchildren included:
- a tour of the college's modern educational facilities;
- a presentation of educational programs;
- vocational training instructors M.T. Saifudinova, N.M. Kydyrbay, and U.M. Mustafayeva conducted a master class on "Notebook Making and Printing on a Digital Printing Press";
- Answers to questions regarding admission, the academic process, and the future of the profession
The Open Day, part of the "Immersion in the Profession" project, was a useful and informative event for both schoolchildren and teachers interested in the professional development of young people.

This day was an important step for schoolchildren in choosing their future profession and a useful platform for teachers interested in the professional development of young people.
