2) openness and transparency of decision-making of educational organizations
3) openness and transparency of formation and spending of budgets of educational organizations
1. Analysis of the main problem. The process of developing and adopting management decisions is still closed, and therefore has high corruption risks. In addition, the direct contact of officials with students is also corrupt. Each educational institution makes many decisions in its activities.
2. Solutions. It is necessary to analyze the business processes of all types of educational institutions, make a list of all their decisions, and develop proposals for their automation, the introduction of public control, the creation of collegial bodies, and ensuring transparency for each decision of educational organizations using data and other mechanisms. For example, the risk of corruption of student exams has been reduced by electronic testing.
