Young teacher school
The purpose of the Young Teacher School is:
to provide scientific and methodological assistance to teachers in improving theoretical knowledge and increasing pedagogical skills, the level of professional competence and methodological training of teachers.
The tasks of the Young Teacher School are:
- to assist in the adaptation of young specialists in the team;
- to form the need for continuing education of novice and newly hired teachers, to contribute to the formation of an individual style of creative activity;
- to promote the mastery of modern technologies, new forms, methods and approaches to teaching and educating students;
- to develop professional competence;
- to contribute to the formation of reflective skills;
- to identify the guiding needs of novice and newly hired specialists in the educational process and to select an appropriate form of organizing methodological work for the implementation of individual-oriented and competency-based approaches in the training of specialists.
